We apologize for the frustrations caused by this interruption.

It first happened at 2020-09-04 04:40:13 UTC+0, and it stopped some functions that required communicating with Telegram servers. These functions include, but are not limited to, adding new content, creating new accounts, rating a content (for new users only), updating content information from Telegram.

We can now confirm that the problem has been resolved.
