You probably checked the nsfw box mistakenly when adding to telegramic.
But you can edit what you have posted. There is a write symbol here: https://telegramic.org/channel/babesdirectory/
Just click that , it's close to thumbnail and uncheck nsfw.

Uh yes, what more do u need to understand about it hehe, 🙈 but i guess its a subjective point of view since its not marked nsfw on social media do others might find it nsfw..
