Username in bot is case sensitive

Just noticed that in Telegramic bot the username is case sensitive. I believe this is not an expected behavior.

Example:
I sent a message with @TwitterScreenshotBot and it replied with no result. While adding it to Telegramic db, I received a message telling me that it had been already registered.
Tried sending @twitterscreenshotbot in the bot and it replied with the content.

Hi,

We confirmed that this problem exist. As there's a caching mechanism in the searching functionality, the situation's getting complicated.

We will fix the problem very soon.
