Yes... I noticed few users experiencing this issue.

It seems that the issue is from telegram side and not me.

I will keep looking for a workaround and until the issue is fixed I will keep this issue opened. So notify if it starts working 👍

You may also try any of the following:
- update to lastest version of telegram
- delete bot and start again
- logout and log in on telegram
