I published my channel but now it's getting republished

My channels was published before and now i tried to update it's members count but it says channel has no profilt picy so it can't be published and it's not also seen in the main directory ..and now it's waiting for approval ..please fix this and republish my channels

Just 1 more thing my channels wasn't published in the your tg channel before and now .. why is that?

There are some requirements for a content to be published on our channels. Actually, we only publish some contents that we want to present as "featured" content. For example, if a content is not in English, then we may not publish it. Or, if we published four contents that in a specific category, then we may not publish another content with the same category for the same day. And so on...
